Note: Another major English-language publisher is BangkokBooks. I have chosen not to include them because they seem to only publish novels by expats living in Thailand, rather than Thai authors. If I'm wrong about this assumption, please leave a comment below.

Have you ever been frustrated by how difficult it is to find books written by diverse authors? How can you know what publishers are publishing what, from countries around the world?

This is your source for information about publishers you should check out. Every publisher on these lists publishes literature in English that is either translated or original English works from diverse authors. By "diverse," I mean anything from minority authors, or works that concentrate on the regional or local. Pretty much anything outside of what usually ends up on the bestseller lists (although I'm hoping that will change!).

I put this guide together for you! Since it will always be a work in progress, let me know if there are publishers missing that should be there or others present that should not be included.
